Every girl deserves a chance to rewrite her story. But for many in the juvenile justice system, the path forward is clouded by trauma, instability, and lost hope. At My Daughters, we believe that with the right environment—one rooted in safety, healing, and belonging—these girls can rise above their past and build a brighter future.
We are launching a capital campaign to build a full-time, trauma-informed residential treatment center designed specifically for the needs of girls in our care. This facility will serve as more than just a building—it will be a home where up to 20 girls can live, learn, and heal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Heart of Our Mission
Our mission is clear: to rehabilitate, restore, and reintegrate girls from the juvenile justice system through outreach, advocacy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. We provide each resident with individualized education, therapeutic services, and the tools they need to break the cycle and reclaim their lives.
Why This Matters
Right now, many girls in the juvenile justice system are placed in facilities that are not designed to address their unique needs. They require not only therapy but also a stable home environment where they can feel safe enough to heal. By providing this, we are giving them the chance to grow beyond their trauma and prepare for a future filled with possibility.
What We are Building
The new 10,000–12,000 sq. ft. facility will stand on a 25,000 sq. ft. lot, designed to reflect comfort, dignity, and security. The space will include:

Every detail of the building—down to its security systems and ADA compliance—is designed to ensure that the girls feel safe, valued, and ready to embrace a new chapter.
