Janna is the founder of My Daughters and a profound speaker with over 15 years experience impacting lives through youth programming and the juvenile justice system. Janna graduated with a Master
Degree in Counseling and her B.A. in Communication Studies from Texas State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) to transform and impact the
masses.
SARITA ESQUEDA
VP of Program Development
Sarita Esqueda has over 24 years of experience in the criminal and social justice field, working with at-risk youth and families. She is a subject matter expert in program implementation and facility operations leading operations both in Tarrant and Dallas Counties, as well as in non-profit agency settings. Sarita holds BA and MA degrees in
Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Arlington, along with a certificate in non-profit management.
