Founder/CEO

Janna is the founder of My Daughters and a profound speaker with over 15 years experience impacting lives. Janna graduated with a Master
Degree in Counseling and her B.A. in Communication Studies from Texas State University. She is currently pursuing to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPG) to refine her gift and transform and impact the
masses.

BRITTNY TORRENCE, PSY. D.

VP of Youth Programming Development

Dr. Torrence received her Doctorate of
Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from The Texas. School of Professional Psychology at Argosy Dallas. Dr. Torrence is passionate about empowering girls to
discover the identitv and selt-worth. She currently works with adolescent girls and their families providing trauma-
informed care at a juvenile residential treatment faculty.

MORGAN J. HALE

VP of Operations and Organizational Development

Morgan graduated from Lamar University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications. Morgan
has an extensive background in Operations, Sales and
Marketing with the YMCA of Greater Houston. His deepest desire is to assist through empowerment and support youth
and their families in the community.
